GB World is GB Viaggi's tailor-made travel platform. Here, you won't find pre-packaged packages, but customizable experiences: flights, hotels, transfers, activities, excursions, and much more, all in one place. You can create your own itinerary from scratch or get inspired by the ideas of our travel designers.

Can I really customize every trip?

Yes! Every GB World offer is completely flexible. You can choose the length of your stay, modify the stops, add or remove services, change your departure airport, or select a different hotel. Our goal is to create a trip tailored around you.

Who are GB World's travel designers?

Travel designers are expert consultants who help you make your trip perfect. They support you in planning, choosing experiences, and throughout your vacation. You can contact them via chat, WhatsApp, or email, 24/7.

You can book independently directly on the website or request the assistance of a travel designer. After completing your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once the payment has been received, we'll send you travel documents, vouchers, and, if applicable, transportation tickets (flights, trains, transfers, or activities).

What is the GB Rewards program?

GB Rewards is GB World's loyalty program that rewards you every time you travel. By signing up on the platform, you immediately receive 20 welcome points, and with every booking you earn new points to use on your future travels.

Are GB World's prices competitive?

Yes, in many cases, GB World offers more affordable prices than other portals. This is because GB World works directly with selected partners, offering transparent pricing and the ability to customize services, paying only for what you actually need.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation policies depend on the provider and the selected rate. Before confirming, you’ll clearly see whether the service offers free cancellation (within a specific period) or is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, supplier penalties and a fixed handling fee apply. For any questions or assistance, you can contact your travel designer.
